About Ries Consultants

Ries Consultants, led by Nola M. Ries, provides consulting services in health law and privacy law to clients across Canada.

Nola holds graduate degrees in law and public administration and has extensive experience in legal and policy research and analysis, writing for diverse audiences, and teaching. She is an adjunct professor in the Faculty of Law and School of Health Information Science at the University of Victoria and is affiliated as a a Research Associate with the Health Law Institute, University of Alberta. She has previously worked as legal counsel for the Province of British Columbia.
